Double Recognition: EIU-Paris MBA + RNCP Level 7 Qualification
Students enrolled in the on-campus MBA pathway follow an integrated dual-qualification structure combining the EIU-Paris Master of Business Administration in Digital Transformation with the French RNCP Level 7 professional title Expert en solutions et transformation no-code/low-code (Expert in No-Code / Low-Code Solutions and Transformation).
RNCP Level 7 Professional Competency Pathway
The RNCP Level 7 pathway complements the MBA with an applied professional competency component focused on no-code/low-code technologies and organizational digital transformation. The 18 prescribed IKON SKILLS™ Micro-Credentials are mapped across the three official RNCP42324 competency blocs.
Define the strategy for integrating no-code/low-code solutions within an organization.
Deploy performant, interoperable and secure no-code/low-code solutions within the organization's environment.
Lead complex no-code/low-code transformation projects.
What You Will Learn
Advanced management fundamentals paired with an applied digital transformation specialization.
The MBA develops advanced knowledge and practical capability across major areas of contemporary business and management, including managerial accounting, business strategy, human capital management, marketing, operations, organizational leadership, financial management, project management, and applied organizational research.
Digital Transformation provides the specialization focus of the programme. Students connect their broader MBA learning with contemporary issues involving digital change, technology adoption, organizational transformation, innovation, data, artificial intelligence, and evolving business models — developed through three interconnected elements: the MGT590 Action Research Project addressing an appropriate Digital Transformation topic; 18 prescribed IKON SKILLS™ Micro-Credentials mapped to the RNCP42324 competency requirements; and applied no-code/low-code projects completed as part of the RNCP Level 7 pathway.
The specialization culminates in MGT590 – Action Research, through which students investigate a relevant Digital Transformation issue within an organizational or professional context.
The EIU-Paris academic award is the Master of Business Administration in Digital Transformation, combining an advanced business and management education with the integrated RNCP Level 7 professional competency pathway to develop applied professional capabilities directly relevant to organizational digital transformation.
MBA Curriculum Structure (9 Modules)

Integration, Leadership & Action Research
Year 2 advances into cross-functional leadership, operations, executive financial management, project governance, and the final Digital Transformation Action Research Project (MGT590).

RNCP Assessment Requirements
The RNCP Level 7 professional title is assessed separately from the EIU-Paris MBA academic assessments, with a dedicated assessment for each of the three RNCP42324 competency blocs. The Micro-Credentials support competency development but the qualification cannot be awarded on Micro-Credential completion alone — students must also demonstrate their competencies through formal human assessment and an authorized jury process.
Bloc 1 – Digital Transformation Strategy
Students complete an applied project addressing the strategy for introducing or developing no-code/low-code solutions within an organizational context.
Bloc 2 – No-Code/Low-Code Solution Development
Students design and develop an applied no-code/low-code solution demonstrating appropriate integration, functionality, architecture, security, and organizational relevance.
Bloc 3 – Transformation Project Leadership
Students demonstrate their ability to contribute to or lead a complex no-code/low-code transformation project.
ESTIAM, as the certifying body for RNCP42324 and a sister institution of EIU-Paris under Paris Education Group (PEG), coordinates the applicable RNCP assessment and jury arrangements. The exact assessment dates, project requirements, jury composition, submission requirements, and examination procedures are communicated to students through the applicable academic and RNCP guidance.

Academic Progression & Completion
Students progress through four semesters across two academic years, becoming increasingly independent as they advance.
Successful completion of the EIU-Paris MBA requires students to meet the applicable academic requirements, including successful completion of prescribed modules and assessments, satisfactory academic progression, attendance and engagement requirements, the prescribed IKON SKILLS™ Micro-Credentials, and MGT590 – Action Research.
Students following the integrated RNCP Level 7 pathway must additionally demonstrate the required competencies across all three RNCP42324 competency blocs and successfully complete the applicable project, written report, oral defense, role-play, assessment, and jury requirements. The IKON SKILLS™ Micro-Credentials support preparation for these professional competencies but do not replace the formal RNCP assessment process.
Students are expected to demonstrate increasing independence and integration as they progress, moving from advanced functional management knowledge toward cross-functional analysis, leadership, digital transformation strategy, technology-enabled problem-solving, organizational change, project management, professional competency, and independent applied research — brought together in the final stage through the Digital Transformation-focused MGT590 Action Research Project and the applicable RNCP Level 7 professional assessments.
